The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) has been upgraded in Lagos State. With new equipment and training exercises. Here are photos from a recent helicopter training session for the RRS.
The rapid response squad, an arm of the Lagos State Police Command, was set up to respond to emergencies within the state, speedily. The RRS carries out regular patrols of the state and have various ‘pinning-down’points across the city. The RRS responds to distress calls made to 767 and 112.
