James Falake with Late Abubalar Audu
James Faleke, running mate to projected winner of Kogi State governorship elections late Abubakar Audu, has picked Audu’s son, Mohammed Audu, as his new running mate.
Audu and Faleke were in the lead in the initial polls before the former’s death on November 22.
Mohammed was initially chosen to take his father’s place but was replaced withYahaya Bello at the last minute.
However, Faleke has rejected the APC’s Bello’s nomination, saying that he is the rightful governor of the state.
